Key Properties:

1. Zero Noise Energy harvesting capability.

We updating flat grinding technology, guarantee the cut iron core is perfectly fitted, reducing the noise of iron core suction greatly.
With the vacuum impregnation process, the cured epoxy resin is fully penetrated into the inter layer of core, enhancing the adhesion between core layers, reducing the magnetostriction caused by magnetic field changes, and finally reducing the the CT's working noise.
Combining self-developed induction power supply to achieve zero noise power supply operation.

2. Excellent waterproof structure, IP68.

The excellent grinding technology guarantee cutting surface is ground to a horizontal mirror surface, and the patented waterproof structure design make sure final assemble achieve IP68 waterproof and dustproof rating.

3. Anti open circuit protection

To prevent the power supply CT lead wire disonnected by some reasons, the secondary side is in an open cuircuit state, the primary current is all used for excitation, which may cause the core to be supersatrated, the CT to generate heat, and a fire accident may occur.
The anti open circuit module limits the secondary circuit to below 90VAC, reducing the risk of electric shock during installation.
Due to the presence of the anti open circuit module, the secondary side circuit will experience intermittent short circuits, and the core suction force of the power supply CT is relatively small, reducing installation difficulty.
