To guarantee high consistency among cores, we purchased horizontal magnetic annealing machine with Argon Gas, which have more stable furnace temperature. Our horizontal magnetic annealing machine standard furnace diameter about 300mm, which usually used for small diameter cores with OD <50mm, about 100kgs per stove.

In meantime, the Furnace magnetic field can reach 1000Gs, thus the core’s magnetic field can reach 6000Gs. It’s good for Welding rectifier cores and bigger quantity CMC cores.
