Fe-based amorphous alloy coating
The Fe-based amorphous alloy has a long-range disordered, short-range ordered atomic structure, and has no defects such as dislocations and grain boundaries in the crystal, so it has high strength and hardness. However, restricted by the amorphous formation temperature, preparation process and room temperature brittleness, the current critical dimension of iron-based amorphous alloys is only at the centimeter level, which severely restricts its promotion and application as engineering materials.
